Christmas Cookies.
A friend came over today
To have fun and play.
Flour, butter and sugary icing
A baked delight so enticing.
Decorated with colorful sprinkles
Gives each cookie a twinkle.
Cut outs of stars and trees
We made many of these.
We made priceless works of art
Made with love from our hearts.
None of these will last very long
By Christmas Day they will be gone!
